    Do you really need more than one blog?

    Is it a good idea to have only one blog or would you start multiple blogs, one each per niche or subject?

    I have half a dozen blogs therefore I believe you should have more than one blogs. As a writer, you will be writing on various topics, it is not a good idea to publish various topics on one blog. If you have numerous topics covered in one blog you will never have serious followers. Those who are interested in reading your health articles will not read your tech articles. Therefore, it is better to cover tech and health in different blogs. If you associate one topic or two topics at most promotion also becomes easier.

    I think blogging requires some of the efforts. And keeping one blog at a time is lot harder. You can't imagine things to be any better if we have multiple blogs and we don't seem to be maintaining them much. So on that note it'd be reasonable to consider that blogging does take time though. I think one should be spending time on one blog at a time. That's the thing we have to learn as well.

    I believe it always good to choose a niche for each blog,one would one just jam-packed all niches in one blog even your ad network would be finding it pretty hard to designate proper ads to your site because they can't realy pinpoint what your site is all about to send appropriate ads and this will realy your earnings.If one is knowledgeable on some niches then a different blog for each niche is better.

    Take note that the common problem in blogging is neglect due to one reason or another like lack of time, lack of inspiration to write, and some other excuses. Having one blog is not easy to maintain particularly with the regular uploading of new blogs. What more if you have more than 1 blog and your focus is divided since more likely those blogs are in difference niche. I guess it is wise to have just 1 blog, focus on it, exert full effort on it, and you can earn in full from it.
