    Should you hire a blogger?

    Is it worth the money to hire a professional blogger for your staff to add articles to your blog regularly and keep it updated? Or, do you prefer to pay per article submitted, rather than having someone on staff?

    I guess if I had a blog I would want the work to be done right and so I would probably just pay for a pro to do it for me.

    I will always hire a writer as required instead of having a regular paid blogger on my site. If I am hiring a writer when I want articles, I will have quality articles for cheap rates (because I have an option to choose). A regular writer might over the time become lousy.

    It depends on the writer. If you know the writer very well, I mean the track record in writing, then my take is to hire him as your regular writer. Getting an article from submission is like conducting a contest and you act as the judge. What do you think happens to those rejected? To be honest, I will feel bad when I submit an article that was not considered because it is usually a masterpiece for me.
