I have been into forums for more than 3 years now. The reason for joining a forum is the relevance of the niche to me. When there are boards that are interesting then I join and observe at first. When I feel that I will not enjoy the community, I leave and never come back. Most of the forums that I stay with are not very active but not dry either. I am turned off when the forum is so dynamic that my post would be at the bottom being covered by a ton of new posts.I have been into forums for more than 3 years now.
