I am blocked from sending private messages. Why?

I am blocked from messaging. Why did this happen and how can I message my buyers when it flags every message spam?

It could be that whatever you are typing in the message is against the rules. For instance even if you insert the word 'email' in the message content, you will be stopped from sending that message. You may wish to check what you a re trying to send first.

Hello mmdmahbub,
You might have been blocked due to spamming. Make sure that you don't copy & paste your messages and don't mass-send the same message to people. This will be considered spam and you will get infractions and/or being blocked from using that option. It might also be marked as spam because of what you write. If you're using words like "email", "skype" and other non-allowed words, you won't be able to send your message. With this being said, make sure your messages are unique, send only 1 message with the same content and try to change a few words within your message so you don't use illegible ones.

In case this still doesn't work. Check your profile for infractions, as you'll most likely have a warning in case you've been restricted from using this option. And, if you can't see any infractions and you still can't send messages no matter what you're trying to write. I suggest that you contact the support.

Hi mmdmahbub thanks for letting us know your concern. I think you have break Seocheckout term of service (TOS). And I think you have used message system over and over to several clients to offer your service privately or something like that. If you frequently do that do not forget Seocheckout can detect your activity as spam. And you will suspend to do such spamming. Oh! another reason if you try to offer or share any private contact mail or skype ID with anybody, you may get restricted for further message and your all message will detect as spam.
So, do not do that anyway. Or if you feel any error there, you can contact with help desk. They should fix your problem.
