The number of days I work daily depends on how much work I have to do. When, I am busy, I can pretty much work from 9AM until 12AM but obviously, I have lunch and dinner breaks; on top of that I also take regularly 10 minute breaks. On less busy days, it is normally 3-5 hours of work but I will probably be on my computer for most of the day. I can live without being on my computer if I don’t have tight deadline to meet but I probably can’t without my phone as I do need to make sure that I have good communication with clients.

Hello sanfora,
I usually work anything between 8 and 15 hours per day. A rough estimate would be an average of twelve hours. I do spend all that time online each day, staring at my screen, but I usually have some short breaks and watch something funny at Youtube or something similar. I also do some kind of grocery shopping each day so I can rest my body and get the some exercise, even though I understand it's not enough. But that way, I'll at least do something instead of nothing.

How about you sanfora? Do you exercise? How many hours do you work?

Best Regards,
hitmeasap

I honestly never tried to go one day without internet. I check my mobile or tablet regularly even if I am out. I keep an eye on what emails are coming in! I used to check even when I wake up at night, but then I decided it was getting a bit too much so I started switching of my mobile. But other than that I am always online in one way or another and it is an important part of the job. I do not mind it and it is actually enticing to feel needed by your clients, and by prospective buyers. I got used to it and would not have it any other way. Regarding actual working hours I would say about 6 hours a day, depending on the day and how many orders I need to handle.

Hi sanfora thanks for a nice question. I can not ensure you how much or how many hours I am working each day. It is complete uncertain. When I was start a freelance career in that time I have given 17-18 hours for learning and working but at this moment I am passing 12-14 hours each day for completing task and I am always try to checking my profile on my mobile device or on tablet PC in 24 hours in a day until and unless slipping. And 7 days in a week and 12 months in a years. No vacation and no free times. It is really hard for freelancer how much time he will free in a day. As a successful freelancer always has to busy.

Thanks by Ajlancer

I envy the freelancers who have the whole day for their freelancing chores. As of now, I am honing my skills so that when the time comes that freelancing is my only option to earn at least I am ready. Presently, I can devote an hour or two for my freelancing work because I have a full time job in the office and also a family to attend to. And when I retire maybe I can put in 8 hours to freelancing work.

About 6 hours a day, 7 days a week. But I'm planning to give myself 1 day's rest per week starting november and increase my working hours to 7 hours a day. I feel that it's kind of hard to write 7 days a week so I'll be giving myself a rest day come next week.
