I actually use the Want to buy section when I find a service I like but I think it's priced too high for me.

I won't use this for backlink building since I'd rather pay a couple extra bucks on a great service than send my money to a random person who applies to my want to buy thread.

I'll use it for services like image editing, banner creation (for advertising purposes), web design, programming, and various other things that people can do that I can't. Some times I won't hire anyone that applies to my want to buy service, but that's because I'm not going to settle for anything that will help me out in the long run. I advise others to not settle either, pick the best person who applied and if you think the applicants aren't the best, don't hire anyone. I know it will be a sad day, but it has to happen sometimes.
