I will clean your messy Excel file, remove duplicates and fix formatting
Is your spreadsheet a mess you inherited from someone else?Duplicate rows, merged cells, dates Excel refuses to read, blank rows, three spellings of the same company name. I will clean it into a sheet you can actually sort, filter and build a pivot table on.WHAT I FIX
- Duplicate and near-duplicate rows, including fuzzy name matches
- Merged cells split out into proper columns
- Dates and numbers converted to real formats instead of text
- Blank rows, trailing spaces and inconsistent capitalisation
- Headers normalised and column widths set to something readable
- Filters switched on and the top row frozen
WHAT YOU GET BACK- Your cleaned workbook, with the untouched original kept on a second tab
- A short note listing every change I made, so nothing looks like magic
PRICEThis covers one file up to roughly 2,000 rows. Bigger export? Message me the row count and I will quote you before you order.
