htaccess fixes to new redirect

I have the following code:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.example.com/$3 [R,L]
Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule order-(.*).html$ order.php?order_key=$3

which works for my needs.
How i have moved this script to a subfolder named "orders" and this code is not redirecting the right way.
It still redirects to the main site instead of the subfolder.
I need it ASAP!
