We need someone to obtain an Adwords API developer token with the associated MCC account. You can either go through the application process to obtain it or if you already have a previous token with MCC account we are fine just buying that one from you.
We currently don't have the documentation to obtain the token on our own so if you plan to go through the application process you will have to do all documentation on your own.
