Should Sellers be Given ADDITIONAL Time to perform service "extras"?

I've been running into the problem where Buyers will purchase Multiple "extras" on my services and NO additional time is allotted for me to perform those services.

I don't want to add it to the main Gig's timeframe becausevmy service title states that I will perform the service within 72 Hours :

The buyer can cancel at at any time, not just when you run out of time. However, cancellation must be mutually accepted by the seller as well even after your time has ran out. The buyer does not have the ability to force cancel if you are past your delivery date.

It is always better to communicate with your buyer directly that you need extra time to perform extra activity to fulfill his order.
Thanks

That's sweet and all, but once the Gig runs out of time, the buyer has the option to Cancel & get refunded. Not all buyers are nice, honest people who speak perfect English. And many are new to this site. So when they get an email alert from Seocheckout telling them "the Seller has not Delivered the Order in time - you can now CANCEL for refund" - Many Buyers get confused or choose to abuse and we Sellers lose.

In a perfect world, of course that would make the most sense (cents). But there are always buyers that :
-a) Complain even if you do everything perfectly BEFORE the deadline
-b) Abuse their rights as a buyer and are trying to get free services
-c) Have a hard time understanding how the system works, usually due to language barrier
-d) PRETEND they Have a hard time understanding how the system works.
-e) Could care LESS how the system works

You know what I mean???
Thanks
