How can I remove a negative feedback?

Hello Staff,
I have some problem with my buyer, he give me negative feedback with fake reason, he said my your traffic is not showing in my analytic's. I provided live goo.gl short proof with world map and he is also not replying to my massages. I am trusted seller on Seocheckout so I don't want any negative feedback, please help me also check my profile
