    I can't find this option at the "services post". Please,... I need your help.

    Go to https://www.seocheckout.com/manage_services then choose software/ebook/theme (choose which type of item you want for instant download) and you will see the options.
    If you don't see the options then your account may not be suitable or be at a high enough level yet, check here https://www.seocheckout.com/userlevels/

    I Checked on user levels and I qualify for level2.

    When my level will be upgraded by admin?

    No you haven't qualified yet for level 2 otherwise you should have leveled up, its just take 20 minutes if you satisfy all conditions.
