See i want instant download and also sell items under 5 usd is there a way i can level up fast?I really want this because i believe it will increase my customers , i recently had someone message me and say "why should i buy from you you are a level 1?"
What also works is offering an incentive. Especially if the client is inquiring and asking "why should I choose your service?" You could offer a coupon. Just go to your service > edit service > create coupons for this service.
As a level 1 you have to keep the coupon at less then $5 off. I usually do 10-20% off.

Make sure you place bids on WTB's you're able to do, that'll give you exposure. When you finally get your orders, don't hold back, over-deliver & be polite and professional. That'll help you gain regular customers. Regular customers is THE perfect way of gaining lots of sales regularly.
Another thing you should do, is advertise. Tell you friends about your services, write about them on social networks (fb, twitter etc.), put your services "on sale", offer more than any client can expect and make sure you deliver on time. These are the "key" ingredients you'll need.

One way to answer that would be by saying something like:
"Level 1 sellers works hard to increase their levels. That's what I'm about to do. I offer a full refund too, in case you're not satisfied with the results."
That answer "acts like bait" and you'll be able to "lure" your customers because you offer their money back. 9,9 times out of 10 you'll not need to give them any money back and you'll gain regular customers doing that. In case you deliver high-quality that is.
