I have a problem with buyer? Everybody solve my problem

Hello, I need your help! I sold a service for YT views, likes, comments and subs, one of buyers canceled his order, after I nearly did all my work on it, I over delivered likes and I still have 1 day and 10 hours deadline ! I asked him (her) what is the reason of cancelation but he never answered back!
Please help me, what can I do in this kind of situation and will I get negative rating after cancelation?

You should contact the staff, don't forget to post about this on forums because you might get some help there. Also try to contact your buyer again, maybe you will get response from them.

Submit a ticket at helpdesk - Staff They will surely help you, just let them know your order ID, if the buyer doing fraud work staff will ban him.

Hi Jewel, I had the same situation before! This is a tricky situation. If you rejected, than they may give negative rating when you deliver, if you accept you lose an order and your time. If I was you I'll reject the order, and ask the buyer why they want to cancel the order.

So, reject the order and ask the buyer the reason for cancellation. If you get a negative rating for a legitimate service that was done just contact the helpdesk and I am sure that staffs will help you anyway!

Hello friend,
If you really completed the work You should reject the cancel request and try to contact to buyer If he do not replay to you. You can contact the costumer Support and know them about that and the will take right dissection.

thanks for ask this question so get more people known about that

if you can do really work then abort cancelation and delivered again order and if not accept it you process it often and if buyer given you negative feed back then contact admin and given all proof which you work you can solve this problem
