    account get banned due to buyer??

    hello,
    i was on level 2 with good rating. just i received infraction that telling my account is banned coz i delivered order of fraud buyer. what is my fault if buyer is fraud? there is no way we can know buyer is genuine or not? my approx 350$ is in account. what will happens to that? can i get back my money? i already placed a ticket but no reply. i am banned for 30 days how can i unban???

    I think you should just wait till the ban duration ends. Or wait until someone replies to your ticket. I think only staff can help you with your current issue.

    One of the primary reasons an account gets banned is delivering incomplete work which is a major infraction, just wait for a response to your Ticket, Seocheckout has really good customer support so if you did nothing wrong there is nothing to worry about account get banned due to buyer??

    I think you account get warning to deliver order while it was not complete. or may be you broke some of the rules and regulations of SEO. there is no way your get warning. if you did anything then first they will give you warning or they can suspend your account at anytime.

    You can contact to Seocheckout team regarding this they will sure help you, or else send a ticket to them and wait for their reply. and if you did something wrong with service than maybe you will not get your account back
