    Oh! Never use money exchange sites because 99% of them are scam websites. But you have trusted friends who are in need of paypal or payza money, you can exchange your money with them. That is the safest method for this. Or you can use forex platforms which support both paypal and payza, to exchange money from paypal to payza or payza to paypal.

    Well, there are many money exchanger website. But, legit site is quite rare. Alternative, you may deposit your money on microworkers and then withdraw them with your desired payment option.

    It is against the law to transfer payments from one processor to other. if you want this to happen the  money will first need to go into the bank account and then from bank account to the other payment company.  I am not a fan of using these exchangers as I have dealt with many and most of them scam you of your money and in some cases the exchange causes you to lose too much of your own money. Do think it through carefully before acting on it.

    Most of the time it's really a risky thing to do. Personally I have lost a considerable amount of money from this method. Anyway still you can do this at a small commission with a intermediary. There was a guy called "topearn" at a forum (which I can't remember what that forum is), he does the deals with a maximum guarantee to your money.

    Sad to say that there is no way to transfer your funds from Paypal to Payza and there is no way to transfer funds from Payza to Paypal. I have done some research on it and sadly it isn't possible. You would need a 3rd party member to handle the transfer.

    you cant send money directly on paypal from payza .its impossible.
    but you can find money exchanger on usa forums..its must be trusted and proven.
    or it is another way too:
    you cna search on google money exchange sites ..

    There are some good exchange sites, but I would be very careful because there are also lot of scams. I would rather choose friend who have credit card connected to any of them.

    You cannot directly transfer money between paypal and payza. However, there is a way to do this and I am explaining the legal way.
    If you have balance on payza and want to transfer to paypal...
    Withdraw your payza balance as bitcoin. Before you can withdraw to bitcoin you need to have bitcoin address. When you have bitcoins, top up your bitcoin card (wirex is better option). When your card is loaded, connect to your paypal and load funds.

    I don't think there's any way to send money From Payza to PayPal or PayPal to Payza, also do not trust everyone, There are many scammers using these sites.
