What is the fate of a seller who has delivered an order that cannot be reversible if your buyer rejects the order and is asking for an order cancellation and refund?
For example, if you create a video for a client and have sent it to him and he has downloaded it but finally says he doesn't want or like the video and wants a refund of his money after you have put in time, money and resources in creating such video, how do you reverse it back?.
There are dubious buyers who intentionally do this and this is one big problem sellers including me in particular face on a daily basis.
THE BIG QUESTION IS THIS: How do we protect ourselves from these sort of buyers? How do we spot them? Does the Seocheckout staff have a way of protecting sellers against such buyers?
Look at the buyer's reviews, check into their username on other platforms if something doesn't seem right.
I've had buyers try to mess with me and I've gone straight to their host with a takedown and had all their sites brought down, or used negative SEO to bring them down. If a seller does the work then they deserve to get paid.Look at the buyer's reviews, check into their username on other platforms if something doesn't seem right.
