    How can i get my money back on a order which will be delivered as download?

    Almost a month back i have bought a gig from a seller. It was delivered instantly and marked as completed and just asks my review. But the provided thing doesnt work as mentioned in the gig. I tried contacting the seller but no response. HOw can i get my money back?

    Hi,
    You are given 5 days to reject an order to avoid auto completion. you were supposed to reject that order within those 5 days. However, you can contact support and make a complaint and see if there is anything they can do about it.
