I just saw a member of seocheckout with 7 positive ratings but had level 2 .
But according to seocheckout TOS we need to complete 10+ orders ?

Just because someone has Completed 10 or more orders on time does not at all mean that 10 or more buyers will choose to actually take the time to leave feedback on the Service.
