Good way to find out is how long they have been registered on seocheckout and see if there profile logs in daily and past dealings.

Good way of finding about is to discuss about the order before the buyer orders it. You have to be specific about what the buyers wants so that the buyer won;t cancel the order later.

no need to worry about buyer coz he is paying first. make sure buyer write starting number of any work, if he not just tell him to put starting amount of order
