It depends... if you mutual cancel an order, it doesn't effect anything.. however if you just cancel the order than you get a negative percentage..

the best method for cancelation is mutual cancelation because it could not affect your rating .....and does not leave a negative effect on your profile

Before order delivery you can cancel order as mutual cancelation but after order delivery you can not cancel order until buyer order reject. And only buyer can leave negative feedback when order mark as delivery. Beside if you cancel order without delivery buyer can not rating you and you will not get negative. And if you can cancel order as force cancelation in this time your rating will count as negative and positive rating will decrease like one negative feedback and it will not show on your total negative feedback. So do not cancel any order by selecting Force cancel.

Before order delivery you can cancel order as mutual cancelation but after order delivery you can not cancel order until buyer order reject. & buyer only can give nagative feedback not seller.
