    Nobody knows for sure, but in opinion of most SEO experts, keyword density for most important keywords shouldn't be more than 3-4%. There are many free keyword density tools online. Once you write about 30 articles and check keyword density for all of them, you will soon have that in your blood and won't have to check density never again.

    If you write an article about very specific niche, it's hard to make keyword density below 3% for most important keywords.

    Recommended keywords/keyphrase usage is 5 percent. If your content is 1000 words, you can use just about 50 keywords/keyphrase. If you use more than 5 percent keywords/keyphrase it will be considered keyword/keyphrase stuffing. If you use less that 5 percent, it will be difficult to get high ranking on search engines. You should yose primary keywords as well as secondary keywords. Yout keywords/keyphrase should not only appear on the content body but alsso on the title.

    It depends on the website. Normally, 5 times of the same keyword on the same page should be alright but do scatter then around. One in the title, the sub title and the remainder in different paragraphs

    There are many discussions about the density of the keyword or key phrase on the web page. The most that I have read is the 3% to 5% of the density vis-à-vis the size of the contents. An example is when the content is 100 words long the keyword can appear 3 times to a maximum of 5 times. More than that number can be considered spamming or excessive keywords which is not legal according to some experts in the field.
