I got one active sales, but when I clicked it. I got this, No orders available for display.

That sales may be incomplete buyer had not fullfill order

maybe buyer bought the order and didnt finalise it.It will be shown after finalising

That happens only when the buyer made the payment but didn't submitted the requirements for the orders. Don't worry try to contact with the buyer and ask him to respond to the order requirements.

When people didnt write instructions( update ). You can´t see it. Write message to buyer.
