Payoneer is a online bank so i believe the card is like a debit or credit card.

Payoneer is a good way for receiving affiliate commissions from vendors or merchants that pays through payoneer like: clickbank, Seocheckout etc.. You can withdraw funds at any ATM WORLDWIDE. I got one

Payoneer is an online payment processor just like PayPal that one can receive and also send out funds.There's a debit card attached to each account that one can use to receive money from one's country ATM machine.I got mine 2 years ago.if you need one just sign up with them for free and the card will be shipped to you for free too.
