    The seller suddenly canceled the order.

    I placed an order and after waiting almost 2 months, the seller suddenly canceled the order.I contacted the help center but was only told to make open dispute on Paypal. is Seocheckout now no longer responsible for the seller?

    To answer your question, since no one else seems to be able to, Seocheckout is no longer responsible for Paypal transactions, as they lost their own PP account they had been using for transactions all these years.

    So now, instead of PP payments going from the buyer to SC and then SC pays you, it goes DIRECTLY to the seller's PP account from the buyer. That means if you want a refund the seller has to give it directly back to you. If they don't then file a dispute with Paypal. It is NOT the responsibility of seocheckout!

    Yes, you are right, there is no marketplace protection for buyers and sellers now, you have to settle every matter yourself.

    You should Contact paypal for dispute, you have to provide some proof regarding orders. They will definitely help you and return your amount.

    I have done it and it took 1 month for the case to be escalated. That is if the seller has not withdrawn their money.

    There is no protection now after direct payment method. You have to solve your all issues yourself.
