    PROBLEM WITH SUBSCRIPTION SECTION

    Today i get notification that a buyer cancel monthly subscription then i check that i have more buyer who subscribe my service on monthly basic but when i enter in order section it is showing that this order is complete but in subscription section it say "Active" , So that means i need to deliver my service every month until buyer cancel it ?
    Also when i enter in that particular subscription SECTION I am not able to find that now where i need deliver him ,there no section of delivery it only says that "This order is complete. You can continue talking with the buyer in the conversation page." So here i need to deliver my service again or not ?? i am confused need your HELP

    Are you referencing the subscription associated with order 5702468? That order subscription is cancelled. Though another buyer has an active subscription with you. If you have questions as to which subscriptions are active, please contact support for help.
