How to recover my secondary password?

I have forget my secondary password. And Seoclark restricted to do something, now whats the way to recover secondry password?
please help

You can't change the secondary password from your side, that will require support help. If you have not done so already, you should contact support as the others suggested. Just be ready to prove your account ownership. You can start the ticket by providing your associated account email, verified telephone number, answer to your security question and drivers license or state/national ID card or passport to match the full name on account. The process should take less than 24 hours if you provide all this information up front.

I got the same problem,

Open a help ticket and let them know that you forgot your secondary password. You will receive a email to confirm few verification details of the account ownership. Fill up the verification detail and send it back. You will get a link to set a new secondary password.
