    Sound Notification for message

    i need Sound Notification for massage in mobile and desktop, When ever i get any message  or any order from seocheckout, i do not get any sound. Could you please help me how to do it

    So far as I know, we have no such notification/bell option for new messages or order updates.
    My best suggestion would be that you turn on your desktop or mobile Gmail notifications so that when you receive an email about a private message, then it provide the alert you want.

    On your Android phone go to Settings > Gmail > Mail
    Tick the Alert option to play a sound, show pop up or vibrate phone on alert.

    This may not be the instant solution you were looking for, but at least a workaround for now.

    I have suggested this notification/sound feature to our staff. If this is a high priority or something that a lot of other members want, then possibly it could be implemented.

    I hope we get this feature soon. I'm very dependent on my notifications. I think this would be good for all of us, buyers and sellers.
