Getting paid as an affiliate is the same as getting paid if you were the one to provide the service like Sahupurna mentioned.
You bring in the customer, they buy something from a freelancer here, when the freelancer finishes the order they send it over to the buyer for review, and if everything looks good you will get your affiliate commission the same time the profits go into the sellers account.
Since you've already registered here, you're an affiliate, and you can start to promote your links around the internet to bring in potential customers. I would recommend going on Facebook and joining some niche-specific groups related to SEO and Marketing. After you're in the groups, wait for people to ask where they can get a service, then link directly to one of the better-reviewed services here with your unique affiliate URL. You can turn any service on this marketplace into an affiliate URL, just follow the directions on your affiliate page and test the links you make before you start to advertise them :)
You can get 10% commission per order or even more if the seller has a custom commission in place to entice affiliates to share their services to the masses. If you share a service with a custom commission, say 20%, you will get 20% of the sale and SEOclerks will get 10% then the service provider will get 70%. If you were to only promote services with custom affiliate commissions that doesn't mean you'll get 20% or more per order, it just means that service is going to give you 20% commission if you generate a sale for it. If you were to send someone to a service with a custom commission of 20% and they buy something else with a standard commission, you'll only get 10% of that sale but at least the referral is linked to you and you'll get commissions off of every order they make :)
