when i will eligible to sell social media service as i try to upload but get rejected as new seller can not sell social media services

Hey takkamlesh,
Not allowing level 1 sellers to offer social media services is pretty much a security feature. If everyone was allowed to offer social media services we would be flooded with "Buy 1,000 tweets here!" or "1,000,000 Facebook Likes For $1" types of services from people who might not know what they're doing.
You will have to prove you're here to be a genuine seller before you're allowed to sell these types of services.
Focus on selling some other things that you currently have listed, gain some reviews, and boost your account level in a short amount of time so you can sell your social media services :)
