    Seller Doesnt want to give me refund

    I ordered 250 sign up refferals.
    The ad Stated "250 Refferal Sign Ups For $30".
    Before I ordered I Asked seller If This Works With Amazon Audible.
    He said Yes.
    Now Hes Saying that Its Not 250 for $30. And he can only do 50-100. So I asked for my money back. He states he doesnt give refunds.
    I canceled the order but he keep sending me  "Order Complete".
    But i Never received anything 

    I will Just like my money back. How can you help me

    I just went through the same thing..omg if they can't complete the job then why say they can.
    Now that I have a refund from the support, she got my account put on hold I can't buy anything now

    If you cancel an order more then two times the seller must return your money. That is why we avoid orders of large payments, You have a harder time (if not impossible) with refunds.
