When it comes writing articles, there are some people who are very disposed to writing as many articles as possible especially when they have offers to write such articles.On the other hand, there are some people who set a limit to the number of articles they are going to be writing in a day.How many articles can you write in a day?

I usually spare some time to write an article. I limit myself to the maximum of three so that I could still ensure the quality of every article. But usually, due to some errands of the day, I could just completely finish one article a day. That depends on my time availability as I also have duties as a student.

Ensuring the quality of the article is a good habit to have in mind because It is not a good practice to just write for the sake of writing. Readers want to read articles with substance aside from the good grammar and impeccable spelling that if we miss such positive criteria then it is like forcing the article on the eyes of the readers. I could write one article a day but not every day because I am not that quick in writing.

True.It is good to write quality articles rather than quantity.If for any reason,the writer rushes in order to write more articles in a short time quality will be compromised and that can cause rejections.

I totally agree on this. Writing so many articles in one day doesn't prove that you're a good writer if the quality is low. I always ensure quality over quantity in all of my works.

Well, for me, it actually depends. Usually, I don't have the motivation to write a lot of articles in just a day. So, I can only assure that most of the time, I can make one article a day.

Yeah that's true, I can only write more than one article per day if I have the motivation and inspiration to do it but I don't think I can write more than one if I am struggling to write.

You are right. Sometimes it depends on your mood and motivation. It is also a good thing to have a break from your everyday routine for quite some time.

I usually make two to three articles on average per day. Sometimes I can do more, sometimes I can do less depends on my mood and schedule. I agree that you have to limit your production per day to keep the quality of your work.

Usually if the article is simple I can make one per day, it is not easy to make a great article, because you need to do a lot of things like validating the informations, searching for facts and etc.

Well if I have time, then I can go on writing on any number of articles all through the day. The only problem I will face is getting physically exhausted with the amount of typing I will have to do in order to write the articles. Well, when I say that I can go on writing articles all throughout the day it means that I will be writing on topics that are very interesting and subjects that are very close to my heart.

The number of articles that I can write per day will depend on how long an article is or will depend on the topic. I cannot really write fast but if the topic is something that I am familiar with or relatable then I can make more articles in a day.

Yes, if you know the topic or subject well. You likely to have so many ideas to write especially when you're on the mood. Inspiration is also a good key factor to consider to make a good article. It's a good feeling to accomplish one write-up in a fast and easy mode.

I think the articles that I can write in a day depends on the payment that I am receiving because the more offers that I received the more that I am willing to write for more. It is really good to be paid for a huge amount that is why I am always motivated to write for some articles if the price is right.

I think my ceiling is about 6 articles with 500 words each, Anything more than that is just too tiring for my brain cells. I'm the kind of person who nitpicks her own work too much, too. This limit doesn't change even if I'm motivated - the only difference is that I make way better outputs. The main factor is the fatigue - I admit, I got to work out these writing gears more so I can increase my productivity.

Writing is just my hobby and the number of articles I make in a day depends on my mood. If I have lots of idea, ofcourse I can make a lot but I'm down I just don't feel like writing one because it will also effect the content of my articles and I felt that my readers will feel it too.

So it is definitely depends on what mood i have.

Oh, I envy those who can write great while they are in a bad mood. If that were me, I would really be marking the paper with pen lines and mess my paper or I woul be typing heavily on the keyboard. It could negatively affect my output.

That can be like asking how long is a piece of string. There are so many variables to that. I’ve had some places who want 300 word articles and others who want 2000. It also depends on the content I’m writing and whether it’s based on personal experiences or if it’s stuff I need to heavily research. So long story short - it varies greatly!!

Yes - the things I am knowledgeable about are an absolute breeze to write, and I can crank out a lot of work. If I'm not knowledgeable then it takes so much longer and ends up being exhausting.

So long story short - it varies greatly!!

It most certainly does.

I remember there was a time I had to write an 800 word story. The material was provided by the client but it took four days to have this story written.

Write. Re-write. Write. Re-write. That's what it was until the client was satisfied. How much writing one can do in a day will vary greatly depending on client expectations and demands too.

I used to write around 5 which used to be 1000 words or so. Now that I have reduced in clients and the site. My writing is also slowed down. I hope to see that changed though. I may have to write the stories or something else in such case in order to write some good articles. I am doing more fiction content to get back into writing. I hope to get some clients someday so that I can increase in my writing daily.

How many sites do you have in your portfolio so far? I mean you mentioned about 2 other sites. I checked the blog tips. Looks like a good start. But you need about page and privacy policy and contact page. Otherwise you may not be able to rank some pages as google keeps an eye on such sites without personalization. And even more important thing is to sort of out home design so that articles are accessible instead of one big article on front page.

As for me it depends on how many words the article is. If only a short article with 500 words I can make maybe up to three articles. I always set a limit to how many or else i will get tired in making it. I don't want to be so tired and have a writer's block. This is what usually happens and my mind shuts down. Sometimes I exceed this when I have orders to finished.

Usually, I can write up to five articles depending on the amount of new facts and interesting ideas I've gathered during the day. However, there are also times that I kind of experience writer's block and so unfortunately I am unable to write/finish an article and just save them as draft for me to finalize on the next day.

Thanks. That's actually not on a daily basis and it also depends with my mood. Also, my write-ups are a bit shorter compared to those that are written by senior professionals and so I think that's the reason why I can write articles up to that number.

Writing for me before was just only a hobby but then now it turns out to be a work already because it gives me some of the earnings that helps me to have a good living. It really feels great since I never thought that a particular hobby before would now helps me enjoy writing and make some good amount of money from it in a single day. The more that I really enjoy is the more that I am writing for more which is really good to have.

I cannot consider myself a full-fledged writer because I am into freelancing in order to improve my written English. Even if I had an experience in blogging before, I cannot do what real writers do in writing more than 1 article in a day .Maybe I can write 1 article in 1 day but that would need some rest on the next day which means I couldn’t write 1 article every day because that would be exhausting to me.

Me too. I guess it's an experience thing. It could also be a major preference issue. Lots of writers don't like writing specific articles. It can easily tire them out. Especially, the hours of research and editing needed to proofread their writing.

Probably 1-2 articles a day. I'm not a prolific writer when it comes to that. I'm also not good with research. I find it exhausting. I'm more likely to work on writing creative stuff such as fun blog posts. It doesn't feel like work.

I get very lenghtly writers block. Sometimes I can find all sorts of topics to write about and sometimes it takes me forever to actually find a topic. My writers block can sometimes last a few days or even weeks. Now writing is not really my passion, however if it can increase my earnings than I am all for it.

Recently i decided to create a website that will host articles, like top 10s, but in a different niche. I know at first I am going to have to create these articles myself because I do not think I can afford to pay freelance writers a comfortable amount. And by comfortable amount, I mean I would like to pay them a competitive amount and sometimes that can reach upwards to $150 USD per article. I do not have the means to provide such, so in the beginning of this site I will have to actually create the articles then when it gets more traffic I will be able to offer monetary compensation around that figure.

Depending on my mode. There are times that even if you want to write but you can't think of any ideas. And if you have an idea, you fell like it is not enough so you go back from the start again because you don't feel the story or there is something missing but you can't really pin point what that is. sometimes I just finish 1 to 2 articles or sometimes I never write anything.

It seems that you're also dependent on your writing moods. We all have those. I find it hard to write without a good standing as well. Your mind has to be in the right place. Because not only is it easy to get distracted, we can just as easily lose motivation if we force ourselves to write.

Our writing will suffer if that happens.

The length of the article(s) I have to write determines how many I can do in a day.

When I'm doing freelance work and there is a predetermined agreement that every day I have to write five 500 words articles then I have write those 5 articles daily. When the articles are longer, I can do at most two in a day.

One article a day is the safest answer for me. I'm the type of person who cannot write much without motivation or when I am not in the mood to write. That is my biggest weakness. No matter how much I want to write something if I'm not in the mood, I cannot write anything at all.

I can relate. It's really hard to write anything if you're not in the right state of mind. Imagine how easy it is to write something if you're in the zone. But it's like you can't find words or ideas when the timing's off.

Good rest helps a lot. When we get proper sleep, we're more energized to work on something the following day.

That's true. Sometimes bad weather can affect your writing also. I write better on Sunny or Snowy days than rainy days. It's weird I know, but it is what it is.

Yes that is really true and one of my secret weapon on why I a can work online for longer period of time because of having a good sleep and enough rest. But I do admit that sometimes it is very hard to achieve that goal if we have a lot of things to do. There was a time when sometimes I am sleeping in my work just complete the 8 hours a day of sleep since I am working late at night to do some of my freelancing job.

Since I started working as a freelancer last year, I can type quite fast.I can write 2 1000 words a day. I think i can do more, but I’m also conscious about the quality of work, i'm producing so I set my limit at 2000 words a day where I give myself time to edit my work and produce high quality work. As we all aware editing makes all the difference to your work. I divide my time in two halves. I write both in the morning and in the afternoon.

To be honest with you, not many. I can't just simply write as a monotous job.
Writing takes not only skill, bust mostly imagination. It honestly varies, depending on my mood.

Sometimes 10 a day, sometimes even less than 5. So it's hard to tell.

I have never counted the number of articles I write per day because my writing is somewhat “sporadic” and unplanned. I usually get these "bursts of inspiration" and the write something! Perhaps this should be one of my resolutions for the New Year 2019. Perhaps I should set a goal of writing a certain number of articles per day or per week. Now that you've asked the question, I'm thinking on it!

I also sometimes write some articles based on my interest, it is really hard to count on the articles that we make each day especially if we are working on different sites. It really feels great to write as long as we are motivated to do it without any hindrance and limitations.

It depends on what's going on in my life and how inspired I am. Some days I can write around 7 articles and other days I struggle to finish one. The subject definitely affects y ability too, if it's a topic I am passionate about, cranking out articles is super easy and if it's a subject I have no interest in then I would rather be doing anything else.

Of course it would depend on how many words is required, the topic, and the amount of research I'd need to do. To give a high quality article I try sticking to just 1 per day.

It just really depends on what all I have to do in the day. I freelance, but I also have a full-time job. If I am not working on a particular day, I can get a lot more done. But I do like to research my articles well, and that takes a lot of time if I do not know a particular niche.

I do agree with knnon, that a high-quality article may limit me to only writing one per day.

It depends on the length of the article and the topic. If the article is a short one in a field l enjoy and am knowledgeable about then l will write as many as l possibly can in one day. However, if it is a lengthy article in an unfamiliar field then l will stick to only one a day. This is because I'll be researching the topic and looking for references in order to get accurate information.
