SEO techniques are regularly changing. There is no method in SEO about over SEO. But people say about this some time to do too much good for a website is called over SEO. To check the regular SEO tools for website can bound you to do regular some SEO for your website.

Personally, I don’t think there is an over optimization of a website unless you are doing something illegal or unethical. They say that stuffing keywords is risky for Google may penalize you but I haven’t read proof about it yet. With the basic SEO methods, I guess we need not be afraid of overdoing it particularly the uploading of fresh contents frequently and the promotional posts of the website.
