People run businesses all the time, and they have great teams in place to manage everything, but they definitely fired people along the way and now have something in place that helps them be more successful.  Yes, you'll likely need to fire people here and that throughout the years, but it's necessary if you're the business owner and want to be successful quicker than if you kept everyone employed.

Digital services will all say they're the best, so you'll have to figure out who is the best if you're bringing them onto your team, but you shouldn't have to go too deep through here if you want to find someone credible.  If you're looking for the best manufacturers, just look up some online reviews and get a good idea of who to work with and who to avoid.

Know someone is smarter than you
If you can wrap your head around the fact that you're not the smartest person in the field of your profession, you'll either work harder to be more successful than anyone else, or you hire the smarter people that you don't want to compete with lol.

Don't see smart people as an obstacle, see them as a goal for yourself to overcome, and you'll be more successful down the road

Strategically fill voids within your own skill set
If you can design the absolute best website in the world, and the scripting, as well as the designs, are flawlessly put together, you might not be the best at online marketing or just talking to people over the phone.

To fix this, you need to bring someone on board that can do things you're not comfortable doing, like marketing or just talking to people each day and boosting your business for the better
