I am a Level 1 Seller Unfortunatly I was Not Active In My account Since 2 Years .Now I Am Back In My Acoount And I See This Problem And I Can't Bid Any Service ..So Why Want To buy Is not Come In my account????

If you can't able to bid on any created job or new services, its appear your account is restricted for creating new content because of this.

Contacting support would be the best way to have the issue resolved if his inability to bid for any services is restricted from the support end. But he should also take a good look at the services he wants to bid for and make sure his level is up to the required level to bid for it. There are some offers that requires level 1 to bid while there are some that requires level 2 upwards.

I believe there was a content here where the administrator said something about rooting out inactive account and even asked for such accounts to be reported. So I believe that for your account to have stayed 2 years dormant, it's most likely that an action was have been done on it.

Just contact support and I'm sure that everything would be taken care of.
