Marketers go where the money is, and the money is in social media right now. For the first time in history, there has been more money invested into digital adverting than there was for adverts going through major television companies. This means that most of the companies out there, who are spending millions a month on ads, are moving more towards online advertising since more people are there and not watching as much TV. There are more people on social networks today than there have ever been. Almost 3,000,000,000 people a month use social media at least once, and big corporations are starting to notice. Not just the big corporations are noticing, Facebook realizes this as well and they are constantly pushing to expand each year into different sectors in order to get more people on social media.

When it comes to entrepreneurs or business owners, the move from old time tv advertising to digital advertising shows that many people are trying to create new revenue streams. People are moving to social media platforms and the advertisers are following in order to capture new sales from new people they may not be capturing with traditional methods. Think about it, there was almost $45 billion spent on facebook ads alone, which is a staggering amount to even a millionaire. This just proves that many big time agencies and corporations are moving towards social media ad spend and not traditional methods of gaining new customers.

In this discussion I'll go over 5 ways you can turn a big profit through social media. Remember, all results will vary.

Use Look-alike ads
Look-alike ads are facebooks way of automating your ad creation and target markets and demographics. These ads are set up to target the people who are most likely to convert into a sale or engage with your business page.

Look-alike ads have helped eCommerce websites to increase the likelihood of getting some engagement with potential customers without the need to build their own persona or develop fine tuned marketing strategies. Facebook is basically helping website owners connect with the people who are more likely to turn into a customer while lowering the CPC for the advertiser at the same time, which will increase sales as well as the advertisers ROI.

Over time, an eCommerce website that sticks with their look-alike ads can create a steady cash flow by promoting great products with look-alike ads in order to increase engagement and create new customers.

Influencer Marketing Consulting Service
Over 90% of online marketers who are using influencer marketing believe it's a great tactic to increase your sales online. Big brands are noticing that it's much more difficult to simply talk with their target audience, but with influencer marketing they are getting a vote of confidence from the influencer, which results in the followers of that influencer trusting the brand more. Another reason to help people with influencer marketing is because there are so many ad blockers out there that filter out other forms of advertising, which makes specific methods moot and actually a waste of money.

The big problem, where you can come in and profit off of, is that most big brands don't know how to go about with influencer marketing and they tend to waste a good amount of money on it. The brands don't know how to measure their success, keep up with the engaging followers, or even build a relationship with the infleuncer they are paying for advertisements.

Influencer marketing is a big thing today, and will only get bigger over time, so stand in as a manager and help big brands with their influencer marketing strategies 5 ways to turn a big profit through social media

Instagram stories can help you become a content manager
Instagram is one of the biggest social media platforms that is live today, and it shows no signs of slowing down. One great thing about Instagram is their Stories, or Instagram Stories, which basically lets you show a various slideshow of your images in order to get in front of more people at a quicker rate.

If you can master Instagram stories, you can get in good with big brands who are not great at it. You can offer up your services to help them with their stories, and posts, in order to increase their engagement with people so they can then make a few more sales each day.

In order to fine tune your Instagram content managing service, you should be using their analytics tool so you know exactly what is being liked more, what is being viewed the most, and where you're getting your followers from the most. By doing this little thing, you can increase the chances of someone hiring you as an Instagram content manager.

Use Facebook groups to build a following
People are flooding to social media platforms because their friends and family are on them. For this same reason, people are joining Facebook groups in the masses because see others joining or they simply love the group.

When I'm building a website, I will always lock down my domain name as a Facebook page. Right after that I will create a group related to the same industry my website is in, and link the two. I will then advertise the group, which is by no means a way to spam my links, in order to get people coming in and posting/commenting. Over the course of a few months you can likely get your group to 10k or 20k members and that alone will continually send visitors to your website and increase your sales 5 ways to turn a big profit through social media

Master a platform that your competition is neglecting
One of the trickiest ways to pull the rug out from under your competition is to master a social media platform that your competition isn't using well or neglecting. By doing this, you can become the industry leader in the eyes of the majority of users on that platform since they may not use the other platforms your competitors are fighting over.

You're essentially going where the customers are and the competition is not, increasing the chances of making a sale since you have it all to yourself.

In Conclusion
Dominating social media is not an easy thing to do, but you can cut out your piece of the pie if you simply take your time and don't make too many mistakes. You can fill a void and help other companies out by becoming a service provider or a consultant. People will pay to learn, and you can teach them what to do when it comes to Instagram marketing, Facebook Marketing, Pinterest Marketing, ets. It's not an easy thing to do, but over time, you will know what you're doing well enough in order to help others make more money, which will make you more money 5 ways to turn a big profit through social media

Thank you for the list of ideas. I am kind of puzzled as some of my campaigns didn't worked out. I am trying to get one profile to be an influencer. But so far not much is being done there. I have to be working on original content. And see where it stands. As of now it seems like there are lot of things that are to be done to convert the following into customers. I hope to find out how that can be done.

Do you mean to say that you are promoting someone in social media to be an influencer? I wonder how you are doing it because from what I know, an influencer is someone who has good posts which are interesting to the readers. If you are the marketing person then how do you promote your client when you are doing your own posts? Pardon me for that ignorant question because this is the first time that I have learned that you can hire a service to promote yourself to be an influencer.

I think you are confusing between influencer and marketer. Marketers don't use persona. But the influencers make use of that. And they reach more users using that approach. I can tell you that influencers persona is what makes the traffic go more in the social media. I have found out that some of the time big profit is a bit harder. And that means it can be relatives different for each users.

I'm a firm believer of Facebook Group Shadow sites and I've successfully linked it to my sites giving it easy continuous traffic and conversions. This is the first time I've heard of Look Alike Ads, what exactly is it? Is Facebook offering it? How to access?

I've seen people use social media to successfully build their business. It works by establishing your brand's authority and authenticity through real customer reviews. It helps that by being more accessible to a wide audience, you put yourself in a position where people are likely to talk about your business. The greatest challenge is perhaps getting more positive reviews and handling negative feedback well.

Socila media helps to build brands. By having pages and accounts on facebook, twitter, google plus, instagram, pinterestetc. for your business, you will not only be able to build your brand but also drive sales. Social media sites also help you to interact with your customer. You can create brand awareness and establish authenticity.
However, the most important point to consider is building social media following. It is really hard to get people genuinely interested in your business to follow your business on social media.

It's always hard to handle negative feedback really, because it's not a nice thing to see especially for your own business. The best thing to do, of course is to simple apologise and try and rectify the issue that they had for your business. Make sure to post this publically so that your other customers/potential customers see that you are actively trying to sort out any complaints that people have.

I have joined a facebook group that is relevant to my niche I feel like if I can get known there and people are looking for my content, I will have a ready made following when I start to market my blog in earnest. It is just one of the options that are out there that people can use.

I'm wondering, though, "How many people are seeing the admin's posts in their Facebook feeds?", I do know that with Facebook pages the number is very tiny. Anyway, the solution on the pages is to pay money, though, it's not too much compared with other forms of advertising. So, do you all think there is some catch also with Facebook groups?

This is a forum post not a article. If this were to be article and he shared it on the facebook, I am sure he'd get the article in feed of many bloggers. The thing is forums get very few traffic. And considering Razzy mostly writes in forum that's one reason it's harder for the forum post to reach from feed of facebook. But I am sure if this were to be article it'd get 10x more views than forum post.

Another great article, Mr. Razzy.

I like the last part of the article which is to "Master a platform that your competition is neglecting". I think this is one of the most important steps to make money. To find a chink in the armor of your competition. If they happen to have a social media website that they are not active or are not participating yet, it's your chance to take the initiative and grab all the audience for yourself! It really makes all the people think that you are one of the industry leaders if they see no one else but you in their feed. This will hit your competitors hard. 5 ways to turn a big profit through social media

I'm into social media marketing and to tell you honestly tapping Facebook alone can take you years and still a large part of it will remain untapped, that's how big the market in Facebook is. There's tens of thousands of Facebook stores and businesses that rely solely in Facebook Traffic I know that for a fact because I've created several stores over the years selling ready to wear merchandise and accessories as well as artisanal food products. And a friend of mine who introduced this kind of business to me is earning $10000 a month with his Facebook store supplying other stores around the globe with his merchandise. He's doing manual dropshipping for years as a dropshipping company.

If you are into selling products and services, you do not even require a website. You can do it through facebook marketplace. You can directly sell on facebook. If you ar einto affiliate marketing, you can also share your affiliate links on facebook.
If you are using facebook as a marketing tool, you can use your facebook profile, facebook pages and facebook groups to drive traffic. However, in order to maximize you need to have a lot of fan following for your profile and pages. The groups should have a large member base. Higher the number, maximum is the benefits.

Don't just Facebook use other platforms as well like Twitter, Reddit and also Linkedin? As for Facebook, I do also know a great way is through certain facebook groups. Make sure the group you join is related to the niche you are using. Also, create a Facebook page with a call to action button, create a group also and link the page to your new group and just work on building an audience of members.

Using social media to drive traffic into your site can be quite easy if you know some social media funnelling techniques like Facebook book group sharing and linking in which relative groups to your group and page or even external websites are linked.

If you set up a good Facebook group and have good number of members who are actively participating in the group activities, it wouldn't be a problem getting adequate traffic you need and funnel it to your site. Once the Facebook group offers something good, it's membership base would increase on daily basis. There was this gaming Facebook group that I joined a while back, it had about 500 members then, but now it has over 6k members. Imagine the kind of traffic those members are generating from the group.

If the promotion is done rightly, you can benefit a lot from social media promotion. The best thing about social media promotion is it is free. You do not have to pay a lot of money to advertise on social media. You can do it for free or pay little. With as little as $30, you can reach thousands of people through facebook ads. Influencer marketing is one of the best methods to advertise your products and services on social media. If you can find someone with thousands of followers, you can use their prowess to drive sales.

For me, it is the Facebook group that is the most potent if you know how to handle it properly. When you have created a Facebook group with hundreds or better if thousands of members then you can command the group since you are the founder. But I am not saying that you can dominate the group. It’s just like being a great influence to the members so whatever you post will get some reactions that most likely are positive reactions more than the negative. In that case, that Facebook group can be your source of traffic from time to time.

Facebook groups are easier to manage and you more or less know how much people you are influencing because people don't really join groups unless they want to participate actively and contribute as a group member. It can really help with site traffic and marketing strategies.

I think social media is an amazing avenue to generate traffic. I however disagree with the role of influencer's to generate traffic. This assumes that your audience are sheep waiting for the messiah to be led. An influencer can help, but I think it depends on your product and how your message. Social media is not a magic bullet. Even if you have a large following or can find someone who does, you have to pay attention to the above points.

"This assumes that your audience are sheep waiting for the messiah to be led."

You do realize that there are demographics out there who are exactly that? You just have to figure out if your product or service is something that can be marketed to them.

Why do you think that marketing companies actively try their best to target teenage demographics? Because teenagers are undeveloped and easily manipulated. Jake or Logan Paul say "Tell your parents to buy 20 tubes of Paul's New Hemorrhoid Cream" and they're typing in their credit card info before you can say "ka-ching."

"Another reason to help people with influencer marketing is because there are so many ad blockers out there that filter out other forms of advertising, which makes specific methods moot and actually a waste of money."

The advent of ad blockers and rampant demonetization has definitely made it difficult to make a profit through traditional AdSense programs, both for the people doing the advertisement and those hosting the ads. Influencers definitely help in this regard. Not only can you effectively and actively reach a massive audience, but you're also helping keep content creators in business. It becomes a cycle where influencers and advertisers can develop a symbiotic relationship.

There's money to be made from social media without a doubt, but there's still a certain method and science to it. Spamming links and such isn't gonna get it done. You need to put forth a brand, and then use that brand to attract people within your topic space. Once you do that, the more you build upon the brand, the more your follower numbers will grow. THEN - you can begin to profit from your social media accounts.

Influencial marketing is a major trend today in all business sectors because it seems to pull traffic more than just talking to the audience directly by the company involved. But when an influencer is used for the marketing campaign purposes, it can pull an imaginable patronizer from the entire public. The same thing can still be said about using Facebook groups to gains avalanche of followers, I do this very often and it works like magic.

Influencer marketing has been on the upswing for awhile now. I think more and more freelance sites and companies are watching it overtake social media marketing. While both share similarities, SMM is more about blasting links via email and messenger. Whereas SMI is more about delivering a specific message to an audience that's designed to pique their interest and connect with them beyond just clicking a link.

Dominating social media is not an easy thing to do, but once you learn how to influence your social followers, it can be better then any paid advertising system. I am using it for long time, specially Twitter and Facebook (30%) with some great results. Also every social network works different and it can be time consuming, so it's hard to work on many different platforms, but spend your time to hit hard on one or two of them and it can drive you some good results and make you money

Using social media is a big help for those small players in the business. They have a chance at least to have a small portion of sales competing with big players. It may not be easy at the beginning but as when they start building their customers' trusts they are now growing their pages because most customers will be going to recommend their social media accounts to their families and friends. It's also important to give good services because bashers can ruin businesses if they won't be satisfied with the products and lame services.
