Feature Suggestion: Quick Delivery Notification when Order is About to End?

I would like to suggest the feature for being notified when a service that is on Quick Delivery is about to expire.

Also, please could you remove the days from the time to complete as it's a bit confusing!

Or maybe that's just me! Feature Suggestion: Quick Delivery Notification when Order is About to End?

It says 3 days xx hours xx minutes and for some reason I though that was the time I had left.

I don't know my brain wasn't switched on been quite hammered with orders lately.

And missed a couple orders delivery date! So a reminder or something would be nice!

I know I know! I should know when to deliver it but sometimes I get side tracked! Feature Suggestion: Quick Delivery Notification when Order is About to End?

Honestly! Sometimes I'm like.....

Feature Suggestion: Quick Delivery Notification when Order is About to End?

Cheers!

Mike.

If it's quick delivery then it's like withing 24 hours. Is it? So you mean like to receive notifications few hours before it expire??? I guess you thinking of email notifications, because if you not online at seocheckout, you would miss it anyway

I think it would definitely be a good idea to implement a sort of email notification so that sellers are notified when a service they have sold is on Quick Delivery and is about to expire. It would ensure that they do not miss any deadlines and will help clients as well because it will mean the seller will be much more likely to deliver the service before the deadline.

I would be very disappointed if an order that was a quick delivery order automatically cancelled because it wasn't delivered in the timeframe suggested. On the otherhand, if the order does get automatically cancelled, you basically failed to order in the timeframe you inputted when you created the service. If you find yourself not delivering orders too quicky with quick delivery option enabled I would either increase the days or remove it from the servie all together, so you don't contribute to automatic cancelled orders.

I believe that is the whole point of that extra service though. The quick delivery service ensures that the seller delivers the product in a certain time frame so that you get it exactly when you want it. I think it's fair that it automatically cancels. Like you said, if you can't deliver the service quickly then it may be a good idea to take it off of the added things you offer as part of your service.

I think notiications prior to expiration are always helpful. They let people know what is going to happen and when. I would be all for this kind of notification, and think they are the way to go.

I have never had any orders here. I have been here for some time and have two services. I receive an inquiry about my services now and then, but no orders for me yet. Since there are no orders, I have not encountered any problems associated with delivery notification or similar things.
I am thinking to add fee more services, hopefully, I will manage to land on my first order.

Your quick delivery orders should be your top priority regardless if you have any other order because you are offering an extra "quick" service.. I would love this feature, especially if you are a bit behind in orders and totally forget about the quick deliery orders. Not only can the notification come to your email, but it can also come via the notifications system.

Having some sort of notification always help. And the reminder for how many hours left is a good one. If there is any email notification or app even better so. I'd say that it'd take some time for the website to do that. Till then i guess we have to adjust with what we have. That can solve some of the issues as well.
