Hey, I'm doing YouTube videos and I'm thinking of getting some views or even a couple of likes to help boost my videos, I honestly don't want to do this but it seems like the only way to get really good exposure. I really just want organic traffic but starting off I think it will take to long.

What should I do?

Well, have you actually tried to gain organic traffic so far by advertising through social media platforms? I think that those are the best ways to get more likes and followers.

You can buy the views, likes, subs but do they actually benefit your channel? I don't think so... if you suddenly gain a lot of followers wouldn't you find that suspicious? I have read that YouTube is trying their best to find all the fake views and so on. So, if you do buy YouTube views, etc. make sure that it isn't just bots.

By the way, nice gaming channel YouTube views, Likes & Subscribers Does it work?

Thanks, I've tried with my twitter; advertising when im uploading new videos etc. but it's just so hard when you're starting out because I have no followers which then can retweet to their followers :/

I am not exactly against buying views and likes for your videos but the crux is the employment of the bots. It would be a disaster if you had bought fake views and likes for the numbers will vanish sooner or later and the money that you had paid for it will be gone just like that. Anyway, I go for promoting the videos in social media because that’s what we currently do. However the traffic that we get from Facebook is minimal.

The first thing I would do is start sharing your own stuff on social media. You may be surprised at how supportive your friends and family will be about the content you create. Facebook itself has such high traffic and the share function makes it so easy for people to spread your work there. If you're making content that performs well with that crowd, you can be sure that they'll continue sharing your stuff, and with each share, your reached audience grows that much more!

Also be sure to add keywords to your upload when you put them up on YouTube. If you're uploading a tutorial video on how to make a vlog, be sure to add as many keywords as possible that relate to that topic, that way your video will show up on a wider range of searches.

I hope that helps you!

It helps, I didn't know how useful tags really can be but they seem pointless when I have no real community of viewers so I can't my video's up in the ranking when searching for a topic.

I did not know about Picoworks but that sounds like a really good forum and way to get viewers for your site. I have often wondered about buying youtube views since some of the packages are very affordable. I think you need to do what works for you, and what makes the most sense in your particular situation.

Yeah, I went ahead and bought 2,000 views and spread them across all of my videos. This gets my videos more exposure and higher rankings. I've found that commenting on other peoples' videos works really well too, it's direct traffic and they usually subscribe if they like your content.

Thanks!

Honestly speaking, I did created a couple of recipe videos that linked to my blog of recipes. Although the traffic is only a handful but over the months, these videos are helping my blog to gain more external traffic and increasing my Adsense earning. However, I do not earn any money nor have any advertising on my videos which I do not know why.

I have seen channels with less subscribers make more money. It all comes down to views. You can have 10 million views and lot of money. And then you can have 10 million subscribers and may not earn much money. So it depends on how much views you get. Also the retention of people on your channel. That is what going to make you money in the long term. So it depends on your actions on youtube.

I actually have a Facebook page and this is where I usually share my videos. My friends have equally helped me by sharing my videos. If you can get some friends to help you then you can get some views more quickly. I have got about 96,000 views on one of my videos. I visited your channel and watched some of the videos. Quite impressive I would say.

You can try and go to social medias first and join groups or pages who also do advertisements so you can exchange views and subscribers there. There are actually a lot of them if you just try to search them. It takes a little bit of patience but it works. Also, you can go to other similar videos and appreciate their work and drop your link also so they could check your channel out.

I like the Idea of visiting similar videos and drop your own link their so that viewers can also visit you and sometimes by chance you can get them to click on it :-) Otherwise Just make sure you share your video with people interested in that kind of video, It can be a whatsapp group ask your friend to help you spread the video, Or a facebook one and hopefully you get the viewers, Good lucks dear I know how it feels like.

Yeah. I also found out that idea when I saw people on the comment section of certain videos such as tutorials or reviews. They would say that they appreciate the video and it was very good, and if they have the time to check out your channel etc etc. Mostly works because both sides are getting something. It's a win - win scenario nevertheless.

I think you're much better off investing into advertising. Have you tried promoting your channel with the help of other Youtubers? It would be a better idea to grow your channel organically rather than artificially.

Youtube marketing is important for most bossinesses, the problem is Youtube's been around for awhile, and it's so many channels to choice from, it's easy to get lost in the sea of channels, but overall I have made some sales from Youtube. Also having good video quality and good editing will go a long way with youtube, it helps the channel stand out in the crowd.

You will get paid based on video ad views not subscriber count. Obviously
the more subscribers you have the better chance of getting more views
but you will need active subscribers not passive ones.

For this I recommend you focus on creating Quality videos and upload them
into Playlists on your YouTube Channel. This will increase your
potential to get people to binge watch your videos if they are
interested in a specific topic you're creating videos for.

Also make sure to create a Channel Trailer which will help people who are
new to your channel learn what you'll be uploading to YouTube.

I think a nice way to do is to connect it with your social media platforms. I really help you gain some views and likes. It will definitely spread when some people liked your videos.

I agree with the suggestion to cultivate social media for getting organic traffic to your YouTube channel. I know it is hard work and the views will come in trickles but it is free and not complicated. When we upload a new video to our YouTube channel, we always post about it in Facebook to notify our friends. For sure, we get views although not much compared to the number of close friends that we have. Maybe some have no YouTube facility on their gadget and some are not interested.

I have a youtube channel. My problem is same as yours. I have searched what should I do to gain more subscribers, likes and followers. What I have learned was you need to make your video interesting and different from others for that it would attract viewers and eventually they would subscribe to your videos if they like it. Gaining videos likes and subscribers will take time. Be patience.

Well what you're doing now is correct. You're advertising your channel by posting links or doing backlinks. Also you can try pushing your channel in Facebook and other social media platforms all you need is a good article pitch to hook subscribers.

I think it depends. Like everything online you need to learn how to get traffic to your video. They always say that like google Youtube is a search engine, so your keywords are important to attract people to your videos. So make sure that your keyword research is on point. If your traffic converts will depend on how good and helpful your content really is. That is what will get you likes and subscribes.

A nice way to get views on your Youtube is by using Picoworkers.
Picoworkers is an online marketplace that connects Freelancers around the world with customers. To be more precise, it is
a website where "Workers" sign up for free and have the opportunity to browse small and ongoing jobs, being able to select whichever tasks they prefer. At the same time, Employers post “Small” and “Ongoing” jobs. After the job created gets reviewed, it is presented to numerous Workers.
So you can make a job "watch my videos" by using this site and also make some money if you want.
