    You rather buy some forum profile backlinks made with black hat SEO tools or but such tools yourself. Creating manual profile backlinks ineffective and you'll just lose a lot of time.

    Profile linking was a useful link building technique but now days i dont think it is working anymore. As usually website delete these types of account quickly and with this reason no advantage of doing profile link building... But if you can post some thing after profile link building then it is effective...

    High profile backlinks good for diversity backlinks or blast profile for tier 2. if you build backlinks from profile only. i dont think it will impact.
    Try many type backlinks as much as you can. such contextual, commenting, bookmarking, video, etc.
    Mix nofollow and dofollow to make natural.

    Links that are tightly related to a keyword combination have a much stronger effect on its specific ranking. Their effect regretfully isn't very broad and your site needs links in various degrees of relevance.

    I am not well versed with profile links but I’m sure it is not good to buy such links and also not good either to avail of services for such work. My take with backlinks is to do the regular backlink building activity of posting your site’s link on big and popular sites that will constitute a quality backlink for your site. Having 10 quality backlinks is much better than posting 100 ordinary backlinks on ordinary sites.
