Based on my experience, I'd say avoid clickbank and CJ affiliate links. You'd not earn much from them. Google is also tired of seeing their links. And also your site has more chances of getting flagged. I have one MNS site that earns me as good as zero income from it. And I am not going to use the clickbank links on any of my site anymore. Another thing go for social media traffic. I am trying it and getting some backlinks and shares.

The key is in proper planning and testing. Most established companies have a step in their design flow specifically designed to detect and eliminate potential usability issues.

This feedback can be incorporated already in the initial phases of the project or in final revisions. However, if you do not have the budget to maintain a group of employees for usability testing, you can check with your internal team or your own customers. Ask them to review the site and provide feedback on their online experience before launching it. Another option is to use tools that record user navigation, such as Hotjar. Installation is super simple and you have a perfect user browsing experience.

Another very important thing is to make your website or ecommerce responsive so that it can be accessed by mobile devices and other devices of varying screen sizes. This way your site can receive visitors regardless of where the user is.

Each experience on the site should aim to solve a problem in the most effective and user-centered way. But be careful not to overdo it. Each time you add new functionality to your site, keep in mind the purpose of this addition. What will it add to your site?

What is the value to the customer? You do not want to solve one problem and create another in the process.

Always remember that "simpler is always better" and good sales!

Is your website built? If not you will definitely need to get a great site put up first before you do anything else. Unless you are familiar with HTML, it's a better idea to get help in this area. Make sure whoever is working on your site knows how to get it ready for search engines.

Building up an affiliate website is one thing that is slowing down my quest to fully focus on affiliate marketing. I understand the need for someone to have a personal website as long as we are bent on making it on the job.

How to get a website like this online1. Choose a niche for your community
Health questions for men, urban gardening, interior design on a budget –
these are examples of niche markets that you could base a community
around. Pretty much any subject requiring knowledge and experience will
fit the Q&A format.

2. Don’t get bogged down trying to get the perfect design
As long as it doesn’t look hideous, users of this type of site don’t care much about the design anyway. How many fugly but popular forums have you seen in your time? I’ve seen plenty. It’s the content that’s the hook.

Tip: You don’t need to be a programmer – or to hire one – to launch a Q&A site. See the end of this post for three
recommended WordPress solutions you can use.

3. Get starting questions and answers from friends and contacts
This will help you fill the site with engaging content.

Isn’t this cheating? No, it’s the standard procedure for any just launched web community. You need the site to look busy. If it looks like
a ghost town, you’ll frighten your first visitors away.

4. Promote the site via online forums, Facebook groups, mailing lists, etc.
Assuming you choose a market you care about – and you should – you’re
probably already involved in those kind of venues already, making this
an easier step for you than for someone starting “cold”.

I know building a website is hard work This often slows down those who want to seriously look into affiliate marketing. What I would recommend is just start. You can do affiliate marketing without a website. You can use landing pages and an e-mail link, they are some affiliate programmes that allow you to have a link, which you can promote on social media sites. Its advisable just to start and learn as you go.

I am in the process of learning more about affiliate marketing and the plan for a website is already in the drawing board. My idea is to use my own website for my affiliate marketing activities where I can post the products that I will be promoting. One friend suggested that instead of spending for my own website I could use the Facebook Page for the same purpose. I am still thinking about it.
