What are your favorite growth hacking techniques?

I'm new to the growth hacking world and I'm interested in seeing what techniques are used by real people and return actual results as opposed to the ones from blogs that are usually over the top and with inflated numbers to get you to buy one of their products.

Well, nothing can beat ads. You could use YouTube as one of the ways to advertise yourself. It is one of the most visited sites and it would only be smart to do so. I am not sure how big their advertising is, I do know they do a lot of geolocated advertising, which might not be a good thing if you aim globally. I am not sure how it works as I have never really researched it, but I do know that the geolocation does take a big deal in their campaigns because whenever I watch YouTube videos, I mostly get ads related to my location.

The easiest option for growth hacking might just be hiring a growth hacker. It's good especially if you don't know much about the whole growth hacking aspect and it's techniques. It can save you some valuable time and nerves.

However, if you do decide to go this way, be careful who you hire. Do a background check of them because you have so many these wannabe growth hackers that in all honesty, don't have much of a clue of what they're doing. Pick wisely and it should be easy to see very nice results in your growth.

Well, when it comes to internet business of any sort, background checks and additional researches are always a good thing to do, ESPECIALLY when it comes to services like growth hacking and such

I'm a believer of price reduction technique, especially in a competitive market. I always look at how many companies in different sectors of our economy have used that to their gain which shows that it is a possibility.

I’m surprised with this new term called growth hacking. At first, I thought it was about forcing inside a website to make your promotional post. It didn’t occur to me that growth hacking means evaluating the business approach for market development. Anyway, my take on growth hacking is the traditional advertisements plus promoting the business in social media because I find social media as the most potent venue for marketing.
