You have to set some things up before you consider applying. Here's few tips that come to my mind:

1. QUALITY CONTENT; this is the most important.

2. If you have any third-party Ads, remove them because admins will check your site out and reject you.

3. I'd suggest a nice, clean, easy-to-use design which is what Google likes.

4. Make sure you have pages like ''About Us'', ''Contact Us'' and ''No Privacy Policy'' - Google is pretty strict and wants you to look as professional as possible - impression is the key.

5. You should try write about Technology, Social Media, Internet Marketing or topics like these.

6. AVOID these topics: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1348688?hl=en

You can make a pretty nice amount of money if you do get accepted. It has one of the highest paying rates. Good luck Getting approved for Adsense in 2017

I have tried to get qualified for Google Adsense but had not been successful. It seems to be a bit of uphill task to achieve their approval. I think that research and inquiries helpful forums might just provide you with an effective method to achieve acceptance.

I was rejected by Adsense, when I was just started creating my blog freshly. The amount of content was scarce, and insufficient, so I was rejected. I think, you should add more, and enough content to your website, in order to be approved.

If you write a blog to get approved by Adsense and there is nothing interesting in it then obviously you wouldn't get approved. There are a lot of other things to do on your blog other than getting approved by Adsense. First of all, forget about getting approved and concentrate on your content.

Write useful and informative content related to the interest of other people. You should gain enough knowledge about the topic you are writing about and you must research before you write.

Dont be so quick to apply for Adsense as it is better to apply for it after 6 months of creating your blog. Your blog should have enough posts to get approved.

You should also checkout some of the tips specific to your country. Some countries have the 1 year grace period for the domain before it gets accepted to the adsense. And some people are making use of the YouTube for earning dollars. So considering that part, you can see that adsense won't be that hard. But you should work extra hard to sustain that part. Which makes it easier for you.

The last time I checked, a blog in my country has to be at least 6 months old to be considered for Google Adsense. A blogger has to focus on providing relevant content to drive organic traffic to the website instead of writing to gain Adsense approval. Google Adsense, after all, is not the only way to monetize a website. A credible and popular blog will be an interesting venue for local advertising companies to use for their clients' campaigns. This can be worth targeting than the cents per click you're hoping to earn from Adsense,

Let me add a few things to what @Tronia has said:
1. When you say quality articles, these are articles that should have at least 500 words. This should be the minimum, but I suggest that you exceed this word count per article that you publish in your blog.

2. Publish at least 10 articles in your website before applying for an Adsense account. Again, it's better to exceed this number in order to increase the chances of getting accepted.

3. Write about something that interests you. Since quality articles are required you should be writing about something that you know about and something that interests you.

4. DO NOT copy from other websites. You could use them as reference, but do not plagiarize.

Getting approval by adsenceis getting stiffer by the day, most times after meeting all the points listed above you might not still get the approval at first. You can get lucky after the third to fourth trial. For me I got approved after the third trial even when I had all the listed points in place.

For me,the advice is have a good content and remove all copied content.Let your content be unique and original.

Getting approved by Adsense has become the subject of many blogs. This is quite funny! However some people get approved the first time, for others it takes a while. I agree that the trick is the content on your blog. Also choose a niche that is not saturated. For example if you choose making money online, you really can't compete. They are so many people already making money from this niche that it is getting harder to break through. I heard that ad sense are no longer interested in approving blogs on it. Also why not tr another ad network.

I don’t think the approval for Adsense depends on the type of niche. From what I know, Adsense now requires a certain amount of traffic for the site before it is granted approval for monetization. What good is the ad from Adsense when your site has little traffic? The suggestion is to do SEO work on your site to make it obtain a decent amount of traffic that can get you the approval of Adsense.
