Remember my first sale on fiverr? service DENIED

Remember how I cracked my first deal on fiverr? afterbeing removed and banned from fiverr, I managed to re-enter and create a
service with very honesty possible by any humankind. Through constantly monitoring, I have seen that the service I created it’s under review or what you call under moderation, which was fine and it is mandatory in any other platforms if I am not mistaken.

Last week I found out that I have an active order held on 18th of April and I wasn’t even aware of the order because I didn’t receive a single email from Fiverr regarding the order, I found out about the order by a sudden visit. I was disappointed and three had been passed, I had only 1 day to complete the order and I managed to finish it before the deadline, it was an order for YouTube user engagement.

Again, NO response from the buyer and my gig gotdenied. Upon contacting the customer service, they have mentioned the
bullshits, like gig denied due to Third party TOS violation - my Gig has been flagged by their team following a third-party complaint claiming my Gig infringes upon their intellectual property rights and/or violating their terms of use.

I just asked them one thing and one thing only

This gig and another one both created together very beginning of the year, both went under review for approval and both were successfully approved, and as the time passed, the number of impressions and views were going down day by day, so I used to do some editing to make some changes, especially with the image and at that time also after submission the service was successfully
approved and it went on like this for a few more months. So, what happened to their intellectual property and violation rights at that time?

And they replied with the same with third party violation shit again and again. And my other gig was based on assignments
covering all fields of marketing, management and customer service.

Fiverr was never on my list of earning sites and I'm just not comfortable with the idea of having to compete with hundreds of thousands of people for every job. It would be one of the last places I'll consider as I have far more lucrative and reliable sources of income. I'd prefer to focus on specialized job market places like Seocheckout if I were to go full blast as a freelancer. I would surely hate to not get paid for my hard work under dubious circumstances.

I am really sorry this happened to you. I never worked for Fivrrand from what you said they don't seem to be fair for everyone. You should choose another site were to sell your assignments, a place where your work will be appreciated and evaluated.
Good luck and I hope you will find a better way to earn money!

Sorry about that, some things are not just meant to be you could search online for other freelancing sites to work with.

I'm with Fiverr too and I think they're more about the clients than the workers,so take the loss in your strides and move briskly on to a better site.

I remember my first gig was article writing. And the client ordered 2 articles on the viagra and the poker. And it was very uncomfortable to write on both the topics. So I said I can't do it. And the client cancelled the order. And it hurt really bad. You can see that it's not really worth getting into fiverr with that sort of attitude. Clients may thrown anything at you and it depends on you what you can do that or not. And you have to be very firm about it. You can see that not a lot of those services are easy to manage there as well.

I guess for each one of us the fiverr may not always work out. But we can work things out and try to fix it in that context. All of this takes time.

Fiverr was the first site of “this kind” that I had experience with. Even though I consider myself a competent writer, I paid for the services of another writer to submit to a site to see if it would be considered acceptable content. The site was acting weird and quirky. I couldn't understand it. Started with that site and everything was working well until the site made some changes to their system and all of a sudden things got screwy. (O.o) So I thought maybe I should submit someone else's content - who ghost wrote for me - to see if my work would be accepted. Long story short. I don't even remember what happened because the site got acquired by another site and I ended up right back at the site where I started writing in the first place because that was the site that bought the "screwy site". (O.o) This new site accepted my writing and even featured most of my content. (Weird! O.o)

Anyway! Told you this story in order to say this.

As a Buyer of the services offered on Fiverr, I have had good experiences.

When I tried to become a Seller? The experience was not so good.

However for me, Fiverr was the only site in town. Until … I found seocheckout. Now I don't even go to Fiverr to purchase services. I always come here! Remember my first sale on fiverr? service DENIED
