Wordpress Adsense Plugin ?

So today I started a new blog got my theme up and plugins sorted and then run into a problem while trying to install the adsense google plugin. For some reason they have stopped this so not sure what plugin to use for adsense now. Can anyone recommend a plugin or is it best to manually add the adsense codes.

I tried a few different plugins but some ain't responsive or don't work. So now am in middle of trying to figure out the best way to add my adsense code on wordpress. Well I know way's but want to know if anyone can recommend the best way to do it.

Yeah I actually took many plugins off . I defo kept yoast on as that does help a lot and added adsense through the widgets well one on side widget and 2 on main page as I know it is best to have 3 ads to a page. Like to say thank you anyway on replying to my post cristian and mike great answers as usual.
They always say a problem shared is a problem halfed . Thanks

The best way I found is to insert the codes the old manual way. If you have a sidebar on your blog it should be very easy to insert your first AdSense code. It all depends on your theme I guess and the way you have everything arranged. But yeah, don't go for another plugin, you will just slow your blog even more and as a general rule don't install extra plugins if you can fix the problem directly.

You do not need plugin to insert adsense code. You can manually insert adsense HTML code on header, footer and sidebar. Look for a theme that give you an option to have in text ads. If you use this plugin, adsense ads will automatically appear inside your content.
