Request for a "To-Do list" or "Quick Delivery orders in queue" page

Hello Clerks Nation,

It's been a while since our last post. This post is about a Feature request, since we now have Quick Delivery on the Ionicware marketplaces, for bigger sellers having more than 100 orders daily, it's really hard to track a quick delivery order unless you bookmark it somewhere.

Therefore, we are requesting a notification few hours before delivery, a To-Do list similar to the Fiverr's one that would notify and tell you how much time you have left to deliver an order, or a separate page like Late Orders that will show the Express orders.

Adding image stating "Fast/Express" Delviery before the service title would also do the job.

Example:
Request for a "To-Do list" or "Quick Delivery orders in queue" page

This is very important as i am sure people are having issues tracking such an order and it knows to end up really bad as orders auto-cancel.

It's been almsot 3 years since we requested a To-Do list back in beginning of 2014 and there is still nothing done. It's not a complaint, but a suggestion that would make the marketplace better.

Everyone is welcome for suggestions and features regarding the Quick Delivery option!
That's all from us!

Great suggestion Steven! I believe a Fast/Express order's tabs should do the trick and fix this issue. Keeping track of a lot of orders is pretty difficult here on SC. A nice tag would also solve this problem, maybe the "deadline" column should be upgraded showing exactly how much time you have until delivery and not the deadline date, something along the lines of "Due in 2 days"; "Due in 3 days" or "Express Delivery" in the case of quick orders.

A filter option will also be nice, filtering everything from an urgency point of view.
Hope some feature will be implemented to help you with your orders. Cheers.

Your suggestions are great Cristian, yes it would be awesome to have all those features.
At the moment we filter the orders using CTRL + F option + Highlight on Mozilla Firefox, however, having 100 orders daily and over 3 tabs with 100 orders each, it's a very time consuming task just to filter them.

Filtering would also do the job!

Oh yes that would be cool.. having your orders listed in order of due date to be delivered. That would really help to keep everything nicely organized, especially for the power sellers.

I don't sell much but I can see how valuable that would be.

Thanks for your opinion Lynne, having an option to list by Due Date would also do the job! Any other recommendations?

Well I also quite like the Fiverr countdown, letting you know how long you have to complete each order... way cool.

I would have to disagree with this one as i hate Fiverr. I am not saying their design and features are bad, but the actual people that own and control the website including the arrogant customer support ruins everything and that's why i would never do business there again. I would not recommend Fiverr to anyone, including a buyer or seller as the support there is always using automated replies and doesn't care for the clients.

Well, first of all, YES! - I would love to see an option like the one you suggested Steven. I can totally see why this would benefit sellers. I don't sell quantity myself, and I haven't sold services on Seocheckout for a long time now, but I can truly see why something like this would be a great feature.

That being said, I do agree with you on the part about Fiverr Support. One of my accounts got banned on there, and it actually had money on it.. So they basically owe me money, as they won't allow me to withdraw the funds. It's pretty interesting actually, as I've never been able to talk to a human no matter how many times I've tried to contact them. I always get the same boring and lame automated answers. So yeah. Fiverr Support sucks donkey arse.

However, the suggestion from Lynne is actually pretty neat in my opinion. With a countdown like that (along with your suggestion), the orders would also be listed accordingly, which would make it easier for people to focus on the proper services.

Well, that's my 2 cents.

Oh wow I had no idea they had such problems and awful customer support... shame Andre that must've been a really big downer actually having money you earned somewhere and have it just disappear right?

That is just so wrong and unethical.
