Ethereum still under attack price falling.

We are seeing a savage attempt to to take Ethereum out i think. That is purely my opinion and they have a ton of work to do to make up for this. Investors and large holders on the Ethereum network are out of sync with the block chain, basically they need to update. This means chaos for the network but why? Transactions can get lost or take days to complete, funds can go missing very easily. Miners are mining on a different version of the currency and this causes even bigger problems.

Would i invest into ETH? I would have to say no at the moment. The trend of Ethereum continues down from earlier today until now. If you check the chart Below you will see a slight increase of 18 cents but i think soon we will see it drop to 9 or below again soon.

Ethereum still under attack price falling.

That is not the worst of it either. Some big pools have halted the mining and really nothing can be done until the attack stops or the make a fix. F2 pool has noted on the mining website that Ethereum network is under attack. I don't know why this is happening all i know is that its not good for the currency or the holders and users. Some people have so much ETH they are just deciding to ride the wave. I am not one of those people! lol

Hey, I remember Ethereum being so promising a few weeks ago. Could this be a total crash for this cryptocurrency? How exactly is this coin under attack and what are the interests behind crashing Ethereum?

Do some people fear it can compete with BitCoin? I wonder if this can ever happen with Bitcoin, I bet it will have such a bad effect on the whole project it may never recover, Ethereum is still young and may handle a lot of hard hits before it dies.

I think they are just an easier target than BTC and that is why hackers are attacking it so much. The price falling has to do with the attacks but more so because of the frustrated holders and traders. Nobody i know is trading ETH rite now because they are afraid of a complete dump back into the $5 range. All i see is people selling ETH rite now nobody is really buying it. Not anyone i know anyway lol! This is the world of crypto here today gone tomorrow just like everything else in the world. Ethereum has already endured more attacks than any other crypto to date. The forks are putting it under and drowning it rite now. I don't think it could ever compete with BTC because its so vulnerable to attacks.

Oh no, that is just shocking Jkeyz2! Do you think the same sort of attack could happen to Bitcoin and what would happen then?

No Bitcoin is harder to penetrate and the core developers are ahead of the game compared to ETH when it comes to security. Bitcoins only problem rite now is transaction speed. If they can figure out that major problem then it may be able to become the worlds currency in the next ten years. Bitcoin has proven itself more stable than any other crypto to date. I think more stability is coming to BTC not less. We have overcome so many hurdles already and BTC is pretty good with rolling with the punches. What would happen if BTC where attacked? Well like we saw with previous attacks Bitcoin has been under the price falls but then rebounds.

That valuation of the cryptocurrency is my main issue with Bitcoins that’s why I don’t indulge in mining or in websites where I can earn cryptocurrencies. With the Ethereum, I have the same question that I asked about the Bitcoin – who or what is dictating the value of such currency? What if the value crashes down to zero and you are left with so much currency in your bank? That loss will certainly be painful.
