How would you survive without internet?

I know for a fact that as free lancers the Internet plays a big big role in all our lives , but you know as adults we are held accountable for making sure we take care of ourselves and in doing so I'm pretty sure there are fall backs that some of us have put in place just in case. So my question, if the web were to shut down out of the blue, how would that effect your life. Does the Internet play that big of a factor that it could possibly ruin you if it went down or would you still be able to take care of business and make things happen? I want to know how my fellow freelancers prepare themselves for rough times how do you bounce back ?

Interesting question there. Without internet in this age of time will no doubt make life generally difficult in the sense that barely everything man need to survive or live a good life is more or less outside him and he will need to out source it.
Internet has indeed made life easy by providing access to many things man needs to survive.
Although man can live without it but then life will surely be difficult.
The bible stated that my people perished because of lack of knowledge so it is applicable to life without internet. The internet brings the exposure.

I personally would be out of a job and have to start searching for a 9 to 5 gig How would you survive without internet?

I work online for 100% of my earnings and I haven't had a "real job" for at least 10 years. I would help a friend here and there with some of their labor work, but that's about it. Last winter I helped my friend with snow plowing and got paid $30 an hour, so I didn't mind lol. But I only accepted the job because it was my friend that needed help. I guess if the internet went down I could just get a job with him at 50k a year. I could still do marketing since I know how to do online marketing as well as offline marketing. I honestly think offline marketing is much easier, you just need a lot more money to do so lol.

I'm kind of a mountain man so I would be ok if the world were to go into an apocalyptic state where everyone had to fend for themselves. This would be an extreme reason why the internet would go down, but I would still survive How would you survive without internet? I can make a fire, chop down a tree, make shelter, catch fish and hunt with tools I can make in the wild. So I'll be good lol.

In the scenario where there wasn't an end of civilization type ordeal and the internet just went out due to something like a massive EMP (electromagnetic pulse) I wold still be alright. I can adapt to any situation and hold my own in whatever I do How would you survive without internet?

Well I am a blogger and an online marketer so without the internet my business would not exist. This would certainly give me an incredibly hard knock!

That said I am not the type of person to let that take me down, I will make a plan to find other work and I will bounce back... eventually.

The internet has become such an integral part of our lives and it would be scary to see what would happen if it went down. How on earth would I find a company or its phone number without the internet? OMG it would be insane!

If the internet would be gone for everyone, well I think I'll manage to survive. I am capable of planting a crop, take of animals and raise them, I am capable of building a basic construction, I know to shoot a gun, use a knife, catch fish and other sea creature, build a fire, etc.

So yeah, no internet basically means Armageddon for me. But I think I'll manage nevertheless.

Oh my! That would be devastating How would you survive without internet? Considering how I end up freaking out when there is something wrong with the modem or the connection, I guess I would have to start a whole new life if the internet were to become inexistent! I confess that I rely on it for everything - work, communicating, shopping, browsing, entertainment, paying bills, finances. So my life would completely change without it! I cannot recall living without it up to about 15 years ago. It is hard to imagine how it could all change as it is literally a significant part of how I lead my life.

I couldn't survive without internet, particularly Wifi. I need my internet wifi to make money online, to feed, cloth, and have a roof over my head. Without the amazing internet I would probably be homeless.

I would get bored. Also my earning is purely internet based. I would surely have a bad time. And on that note I'd say that survival would be lot harder. I have to also learn some of the offline skills. And hopefully that can set me on the line. So considering that part you can see that internet is what works for that lot better. So survival on the internet alone can be really bad as well. So we have to consider that.

Sometimes I reminisce the old days when internet was not mainstream yet. It was a slow paced life back then and communication was only through land phones and 2 way radios. But what's good back then was people, hang out and talk, unlike nowadays everyone's online.
