Does mutual cancellation downgrade the positive rating percentage?

Hello i want to know one thing and that is very important for me.
Do mutual cancellations downgrade the positive rating %
Because, most of the buyers order the service without reading the description and after the delivery is made, they want the money back by doing a mutual cancellation.
Does the mutual cancellation affect our seller positive percentage?

NO. Mutual cancelation is ok and doesn't affect your seller or buyer ratings. As far as i know only forcefull cancelations could affect your ratings. So don't worry. Only thing is that you have to wait for buyer to accept mutual cancelation too. So you can even use "Reject order" in first 24 hours and keep safe from losing your reputation

Hi aloksof thanks for your question. Regarding this matter we were discuss many times here on CD. Alright! simply mutual cancelation will not affect on your user level order seller percentage. And this is best way to cancel order by mutually understanding you and buyer or seller. And negative rating only happen, if you cancel order forcefully. You will not see any number of negative feedback on your profile, but your seller percentage will decrease. And you can do another things like reject order, if buyer did not fill order requirements. And that should be active for 24 hours. But do not recommended to do it very often in a day. If you do so, your profile may restricted.

1. A mutual cancelation is sort of a cancelation that is done in agreement, and so both the buyer and the seller want it. It does not affect the rating negatively. A force cancelation does though, so avoid that.
2. I would like to recommend that apart from making sure the service description is clear enough, you also make it a point to discuss the order and the instructions with the buyer so that you make sure that the buyer fully understands what he will be getting. In that way there won't be any problems and no room for cancelations later on.

Well no. Mutual cancellation will not affect you in any way. Though if you make a lot of them in a row, it may notify support that something is wrong with your services.

PS: Only Forced cancellation will affect your feedback score.
PS2: I suggest you reject the order in the first 24h rather the submit a mutual cancelation, making it up to the buyer.

oh wow cristian i was not aware of that at all , i did not know that if you had happened to make too many cancelations too many times in a row that eventually it would raise a flag on your services , i have a question though is it only when it is back to back or does it depend on a certain number during a certain period of time, and i also want to know when you say that you suggest we reject the orders in order to give the control to the buyer how does that work im a little confused

It doesn't matter if it is back to back or over a period of time, if there is many cancelations for orders the admin team will investigate. It happens now, and it will happen in the future. It's a quality control type of thing. It's to ensure that the marketplace has quality services to fill the needs of buyers.

If a seller is selling a bad service, and it gets canceled numerous times that service will be subjected to deletion. I believe this is all in the Terms of Service, and Listing Guidelines. It's a great function of the marketplace.

no not at all i do not think you have any thing to worry about when it comes to your ratings being effected by a mutual cancelation or cancelations as said in earlier comments a mutual cancelation is more of a cancelation that was done in agreement where both parties came to and equal understand or came too terms with each other in other words and any ways they both decided that cancelling would be besgt there for you can be judged or rated poorly if the other party already gave some type of conset to being on an understand stand point
