How to get mobile alerts (push notifications) on your phone about order updates to reduce your response time

Is it possible to get mobile alerts about order updates, messages etc on your mobile phone?

Push notifications I mean. Like when you get a PayPal payment sort of thing that shows either on the lock screen and pings when you get it like.

You know what I mean!

Is that possible?

If not would you like this as a feature? Would you like to get alerts about new order updates as-they-happen?

I think it would be an excellent way for people to reduce their response time!

Sometimes we don't know about order updates etc until we get the email.

Although saying that... I think this might be possible with an IFTTT recipe!

I might have to try setting one up for any emails that say "Order Update" to send me an SMS I guess that could be a work-around but built in SMS alerts would be neat.

Yeah, I always use my phone to get updates about stuff. I do get a ton of emails though, so sifting through them gets annoying some times when I neglect if for a few days. I'll come back to 500 emails waiting for me... and let's not talk about my spam box :'(

If there were an app for Seocheckout I would assume there would be notifications to let you know about comments, private messages, orders, etc. I know people were talking about an Seocheckout app, but I don't know if it was 100% confirmed.

There is an Seocheckout app on the app store, but it's from someone that isn't a part of the Seocheckout team. It looks like a seller was just trying to help people out and providing an app, but they didn't do a great job with it lol.

I understand totally. I too wake up to hundreds of emails, some of it is spam, mostly due to a website I signed up for that sold email addresses to the highest bidder, and they don't even have unsubscribe links. :/

Now, lets talk about that Seocheckout APP.

I'm not too certain if that app is safe, as you already said it's not from someone part of the Seocheckout team, which can be bad. I wonder what coding that app uses, and if it has any backdoors, or even things like cookie grabbers. It's always best to be safe than sorry.

That is a good option for those who get several emails and would want to be aware of the Seocheckout one only, or prioritize on them. It could indeed help to reduce the response time I suppose especially if they are not at their computer. However I would suggest that you retain one email account solely for Seocheckout emails and other important work emails. I always liked to set up different email accounts according to importance, so that whenever I get an email on one I instantly know what the email is going to be about.

I did a little research and figured out the app was made by a Lvl 4 member here on seocheckout. Here's his or her profile: https://www.seocheckout.com/user/IGEEKS

I think that this would be such a great idea!!! And it would help with response times, which is so beneficial for our customers! A Seocheckout app would make life so much easier and I hope one day for it to happen!
