I would have to go with Tea because I can't stand coffee What is the best morning drink, tea or coffee?

I try coffee every 6 months or so just to see if I end up liking it, but I don't. It tastes odd and just makes me think I'm drinking something that is burnt. No one likes burnt toast, but if it were a coffee flavor I'm sure people would say it was the next big thing lmao What is the best morning drink, tea or coffee?

I definitely prefer tea over coffee because it can be bland, slightly sweet or really sweet. Hell, you can even fruit flavored tea and it's sooooo good What is the best morning drink, tea or coffee?

I choose black coffee because it helps me wake up and come to my senses in a few minutes. Tea is more of a relaxing drink and in the morning I need a boost!

Coffee for me. Every now and then I'll have a green tea or a spiced chai tea to mix it up.

Better to take a cup of green tea. It is healthy too & have much needed antioxidants.
Regular Tea & Coffee harm you, even it reduce your kip(Sleep), On the other hand green tea is beneficial rather than harmful.

never thought about ? well i mean my personal preference would have to be coffee i usually head to dunkin and get myself a nice medium coffee i a little bit of cream and some sugar is just fine for me , i like my coffee i little more on the sweet side so i guess you could probably say i tend to put a little more sugar then i actually need but hey it gets me really going in the morning and i usually stay focused so in the long run it works out and serves it's purpose . i am not really a tea drinker to begin with

Best morning drink... Hmmm... Depend what you really feel like. I personally prefer strong big cup of coffee. Recently i am trying something new, as i was reading it's very healthy to have cup of warm water mixed with coffee spoon of honey to have first thing in the morning and i really like it, but still have to have my coffee right after that to put my self together and do my work and other activities

I don't drink coffee or tea. I drink water when I wake up and energy drinks is my "go to" drink whenever I need them. What is the best morning drink, tea or coffee?

However, in case I need to choose between tea or coffee, then I'd say tea for sure. I've never been a fan of coffee. Can't say why, the taste is just terrible.

The best morning drink for me is coffee. Coffee just can help you live a day without feeling sleepy. Sleepiness makes me unproductive.

Tea is the better choice for me. Never was a coffee fan and I'm so glad because coffee addiction is very real, I prefer a fruit smoothie in the morning over everything, that and spring water, but Tea has more heal properties than coffee, I try to keep it caffeine free if I can.

A big cup of coffee! As sad as it is, I honestly can't function properly without my coffee in the morning. It's not the healthiest thing but it's not the unhealthiest thing either. At least I don't drink it with sugar. But I need it. Otherwise, I am sleepy, grumpy and unproductive. I only really drink two cups per day but I do love to drink them slowly and in peace.

I never really drank tea in the mornings. I always saw tea as more of an evening drink, maybe because our culture is different here.

The best morning drink is water with lemon and ginger or orange juice, they are antioxidants and don't have SNC stimulants like xanthines, but if I have to choose between coffee and tea my pick will be tea. It has a lot of different flavors and I can't stand coffee!

I prefer just water or mint tea in the morning. Before I had certain issues with anxiety and sleep. Since I`ve stopped drinking a traditional cup of coffee, I started to feel more fresh, calm and concentrated. Anxiety and insomnia don`t bother me anymore. Water and herbal teas rocks!

I love making my own cold brew coffee, I grind my own beans so they are fresh, and pour it in a mug with water and let it steep overnight. Then I just filter it the next day and it is so delicious better than Starbucks.

I personally prefer tea over coffee any day. It is somehow more soothing, and quenches your thirst. I love coffee, but I prefer tea. Apparently, tea is actually better than coffee according to some studies. But again I believe it depends on individual preferences.

I particularly love coffee and hate tea, so for me the best drink in the morning is coffee.

Every day before I start work I make and drink coffee. I can not start the day without a good cup of coffee.

Also, I also drink coffee all day, I really love coffee.

Hi Sanfora, I prefer to drink a coffee in the morning because a coffee will keep me in shape and focused. A coffee in the morning will give me more energy, makes me calm and relax. A tea in the morning would not offer all this to me, but a cold tea is great in the middle of a hot day, or on the other hand a warm tea would be great in a cold day!

hallo personally I am not a fan of tea so if I am to choose among the two I would choose coffee over tea, however my best morning drink is nor coffee or tea. My best morning drink is fresh juice or hot milk with honey or hot chocolate I switch from time to time; and usually take coffee in evening when I work evening shifts or just have some things to do.

It's a strong cup of coffee for me. However, I am trying to reduce my intake my only taking one cup a day (I used to have 4 cups while working in the corporate world). As I currently work from home, I also ensure I drink as much water as I can during my breaks.

Well before I go on to the coffee versus tea discussion, I would like to point something out first. Out of all the things you could drink first thing in the morning, water is the best decision you could make. This is because after eight hours of sleep, your body is in severe need of water. Drinking about a half liter of water first thing in the morning replenishes your reservoirs and cures the symptoms of dehydration which you might think are just normal morning grogginess.

That being said, I personally prefer tea in the morning. While coffee, specifically dark roast coffee, can have benefits such as antioxidants, tea has a far stronger concentration. That and the smaller amount of caffeine in tea works for me, as the strong caffeine content of coffee tends to make my blood pressure go haywire.

I agreewith the person that said WATER was the best choice for you. Actually my
morning routine involves 2 glasses of water before drinking or eating anything,
that has help me a lot. My skin is better, my vowels start “moving” early in
the morning and its way healthier than coffee or tea. Maybe I should say I don’t
like coffee or the taste of caffeine in general but I also think it’s not good
for your health. After all coffee can be pretty addictive and a kind of “drug”.

I prefer to drink coffee. However, it's important to not take too much caffeine as high caffeine intake causes irregular heartbeat and seizures. My intake usually comprises only one cup of coffee. I will then drink water for the rest of the day.

My morning is not complete without coffee. I rather choose coffee instead of tea. Coffee makes me alive and boosts my energy before off to work. My stomach is not comfortable with tea. Coffee makes my metabolism better. Drinking coffee is the only thing I want during the morning. It's best if you pair it with hot bread.

I would have any of those, but after I have my cup of Water! First thing you should have is water, you have been sleeping for about 8 hours without having any of it, you were still breathing, moving in your bed, maybe sweating, so you were loosing water and you want to drink coffee or tea? Make yourself a good favor and drink some water when you wake up, after a while when you get your breakfast, then you choose any other drink, juice, tea, coffee, milk. If you don't believe me ask to your physician, you will be surprised of the benefits of water early in the morning.

I'm not a coffee person be it for any course.I take my tea anyday and anytime. If I want a relaxed night I will rather take fruits in its raw form or take it in liquid form as juice.Coffee makes me feel dizzy and makes me stool greatly.

Tea on the other hand, is almost like water to me, it mild, soothe my tiring nerves and can help to warm me up especially in cold nights

My every dayroutine when I wake up in themorning after I prepare my kid food and other things the next step to me is to drink a cup of
coffee and see
early TV news before I start to clean the house and do some work in my
computer. 1 cup of coffee a day is fine because too much drinking of coffee
sometime your heart will palpitate and it is not good for your heart. One cup a
day then the rest water or ginger tea.

I am not a coffee drinker, much more not tea. I actually drink iced tea when there is no soda in the restaurant. But in the morning, it is seldom that I drink coffee and more often when the weather is too cold. My breakfast drink is either fruit juice or milk chocolate. We always have fresh milk in the fridge that I use in mixing with powdered chocolate just to give flavor to the milk. With the juice, it is the juice in the bottle and not the powder because the powdered juice drink is processed and not really healthy.

My morning drink is milk. I never liked the taste of coffee or tea in the morning and prefer to get my daily fix of calcium during breakfast, as milk pairs really well with common breakfast food. Chocolate drink is also an alternative because I love chocolate.

I normally drink coffee with milk every morning. My day is incomplete without it.
I have tried green tea before but I feel like its not my type. Healthy wise green tea is better. It has many good benefits compared to coffee but still I choose coffee with milk over green tea.

I choose coffee in the morning. Its a family habit. After waking up, somebody would place water in the kettle and heat it. We also buy bread as a partner to the coffee. Sometimes we no longer eat food for breakfast because we have already drank coffee and eat bread.

I really love sweet tea, but coffee has to take the cake, just because there’s so many ways you can make it. There’s a lot of ways to make tea too but for sweet tea there’s nothing you can do but add more sugar and maybe some lemon.
